A PROFILE IN COURAGE: GAB’S ANDREW TORBA TAKES ON GOLIATH GOOGLE

We are lining up and choosing sides and the first sortie of the war to defend America’s First Amendment was initiated today.

GAB has first the volley, but based on what happens to Gab’s lawsuit, we are going to see a volley of lawsuits against this corporate entity resting so smugly within the Jewish Global Collective,

Breitbart

Free speech social media site Gab AI, Inc. filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Google for violations of the Clayton Act and Sherman Act,” declared the company in a blog post, Friday. “The lawsuit stems from Google removing Gab from its Google Play Android app store on spurious grounds of ‘hate speech’ arising from posts by users.”

“Google did not accuse Gab of hate speech, but used third party content as a pretext to justify its own business ends,” they continued. “Gab, a startup, aims to bring ‘folks together of all races, religions, and creeds who share in the common ideals of Western values, individual liberty and the free exchange and flow of information.’”

Gab’s attorney, Marc Randazza, claimed in a statement that Google’s actions against Gab were “a straightforward violation of the antitrust laws.”

For instance: the conservative  Republican Liberty Caucus of Michigan  has been on the receiving end of Google’s third party bullying and use of third parties to commit illegal violations that bypass the protections assured under the First Amendment:

GLOBAL JEWISH COLLECTIVE = GOOGLE + SPLC

Yesterday morning, we received a very bizarre letter from Google issuing us an ultimatum,” Shane Trejo, media relations director of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Michigan, wrote on The Liberty Conservative. “Either we were to remove a particular article or see all of our ad revenues choked off in an instant. This is the newest method that Big Brother is using to enforce thought control.”

The ultimatum came in the form of an email from Google’s ad placement service AdSense. The email specifically listed an article on The Liberty Conservative’s site, stating that the article violated AdSense’s policies.

“As stated in our program policies, Google ads may not be placed on pages that contain content that: Threatens or advocates harm on oneself or others; Harasses, intimidates or bullies an individual or group of individuals; Incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization,” the email stated.
